60/30-Minute Session:
One-on-one, personal training sessions provide you with the direction, motivation, variability and accountability you need to make your workout most effective. These are available in multiple sessions.
Stretch Session:
Relax while a trainer gives you a full-body stretch using a variety of stretching techniques.
Buddy Sessions:
A perfect way to stay motivated and reach your fitness goals is to ask a friend, co-worker or fellow member to participate in personal training with you. Same program as 60/30-minute session, but in a group. These are available in multiple sessions.
Program:
Meet with a trainer to discuss your specific fitness goals and any special concerns. Your trainer will map out a safe and effective exercise prescription designed to meet your goals. After the trainer writes your prescription, you will be provided with all the necessary instruction you need to comfortably and safely perform your prescription on your own.
Personal Training Policies and Procedures:
All new personal training clients must complete a complimentary fitness assessment before their first training session. All packages must be pre-paid and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Packages of 20 or 30 sessions may be purchased using new monthly EFT options. All sessions must be cancelled at least twelve hours in advance from the scheduled time or the client will be billed in full.
